Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of the products sold by Raspberry Paper Scissors, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law.

Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned. Because customers receive access to the digital files after purchase, digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please review the product description and included items carefully before purchasing.

If you experience a problem accessing or downloading your files, receive the incorrect files, or believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us at raspberrypaperscissors@gmail.com. We are happy to help resolve technical or delivery issues.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products (coming soon)

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are created specifically for each customer. Because of this, custom products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been placed or production has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Please carefully review all personalization details, spelling, selections, and other information before submitting your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Physical Orders

If you receive a custom physical product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at raspberrypaperscissors@gmail.com with your order information and photos showing the issue.

We will review the situation and, when appropriate, work with you to correct the problem.

Cancellations

Because digital products may be delivered immediately and custom products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, orders generally cannot be canceled once fulfillment, digital delivery, or production has begun.

European Union & Other Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, customers may be asked to consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that beginning delivery or accessing the digital content may affect or waive a statutory cancellation right where permitted by law.
